FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 79 as introduced and as amended and reported by the Committee on Governmental Affairs would increase the expenditures of the Employees' Retirement System (ERS) Expense Fund by approximately $1,222 to $2,444 annually for travel expenses for the two new ERS board members positions established by this bill. This bill will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
