Senate Bill 267 as introduced would increase the administrative obligations of the Board of Medical Examiners by an undetermined amount to: (1) upon the enactment of any law that mandates a required immunization, adopt emergency rules that define any medical contraindications to that immunization; and (2) upon the request of a licensed physician, provide a medical exemption to a required immunization for a contraindicator not included on a list adopted by the Board.
