FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 320 as introduced provides for a two percent salary increase to state employees effective on the first pay day during fiscal year 2022. The personnel costs of the several state agencies will increase by an estimated $43.3 million in fiscal year 2022, with an estimated $13.6 million of this increase paid from the State General Fund.
