FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 264 as introduced could increase receipts to the Game and Fish Fund, administered by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources, by $14 or $50, respectively, for each resident or nonresident nighttime feral swine and coyote hunting license issued, as provided by this bill.
Further this bill requires an additional $1 issuance fee for each license to be retained by the issuing officer or agency.
Finally, the license and issuance fees provided by this bill are subject to Consumer Price Index adjustment as currently provided by law for other license fees.
