House Bill 458 as amended and reported by the Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry could increase receipts to the Game and Fish Fund, administered by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources, by $14 or $50, respectively, for each resident or nonresident nighttime feral swine and coyote hunting license issued, as provided by this bill.
Further this bill requires an additional $1 issuance fee for each license to be retained by the issuing officer or agency and provides that a person with a 100% physically disabled resident hunting license or a 100% disabled military veteran's appreciation hunting license may obtain an annual resident nighttime feral swine and coyote hunting license by paying only the issuance fee.
Finally, the license and issuance fees provided by this bill are subject to Consumer Price Index adjustment as currently provided by law for other license fees.
