FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 368 as introduced would require certain public K-12 schools to install water filling stations at various locations throughout the facility which would increase the obligations of local boards of education by an undetermined amount dependent upon (1) the costs to purchase water filling stations, (2) the cost to install water filling stations and (3) the number of water filling stations required to be installed under the provisions of this act; which could be offset, in whole or in part, by available water filling station grants.
