FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 233 as introduced would decrease sales and use tax receipts to the Education Trust Fund, the State General Fund, and to cities and counties by an undetermined amount, dependent upon the amount of gross receipts derived from the sale of diapers and feminine hygiene products purchased for personal use and the applicable sales tax rate.
