FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 305 as substituted and reported by the Committee on Commerce and Small Business could increase business license fee collections to municipalities by an undetermined amount dependent on the additional amount of business license fees collected by a municipality from businesses located in other jurisdictions that provide lease or rental services in the municipality.
