ENROLLED, An Act,

To make a supplemental appropriation of $951,351 from the Education Trust Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, to the Walker County School System to provide for capital improvements at Oakman Elementary School, which suffered extensive tornado damage on December 10, 2008; and to make a supplemental appropriation of $71,351 from the Education Trust Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, to the Lee County School System to provide for capital improvements at Wacoochee Junior High School, a system-owned instructional center, and a system-owned central office building, each of which suffered extensive tornado damage on February 27, 2009.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:

Section 1. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated the sum of $951,351 from the Education Trust Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, to the Walker County School System to provide for capital improvements at Oakman Elementary School, which suffered extensive tornado damage on December 10, 2008.

Section 2. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated the sum of $71,351 from the Education Trust Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, to the Lee County School System to provide for capital improvements at Wacoochee Junior High School, a system-owned instructional center, and a system-owned central office building, each of which suffered extensive tornado damage on February 27, 2009.

Section 3. This act shall become effective immediately following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
