Relating to family planning; to require a man to undergo a vasectomy within one month of his 50th birthday or the birth of his third biological child, whichever comes first.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. A man, at his own expense, shall undergo a vasectomy within one month of his 50th birthday or the birth of his third biological child, whichever comes first.
Section 2. This act shall become effective on the first day of the third month following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
